About Richard:

Richard Coley, CEO CFS Consulting Group, LLC, has over 17 years of driving lean projects from the conception of lean transformation to full, successful implementation.


He began his career as an Industrial Engineer, seeking to specialize in lean projects.  He saw lean as a way of life, a mindset that can find the solution to any problem.  His goal was to become an expert in lean manufacturing.  Throughout his career, he dedicated himself to developing an expertise in all aspects of lean, from the application level to site manager, driving entire plant transformations.  This breadth of experience allows him to understand each role and point of view, giving him a unique advantage in creating successful projects that live up to expectations.


His career has included many opportunities to establish lean processes in facilities.  This has led to expertise and specialization in companies who have not yet begun the lean transformation. He has helped companies achieve drastic results in many different industries:
